Julie Campbell

Founder, President

Julie Campbell is the co-founder of Foundation Paths, an organization dedicated to educating and guiding individuals and families through the process of establishing and managing private foundations. With a 39-year career in banking, Julie brings unparalleled expertise in financial strategy, governance, and relationship management to the philanthropic sector.

A graduate of the Lapin International Leadership Program, the Consumer Bankers Association’s Retail Banking Management Program, and the PNC Bankers Women’s Executive Development Program, Julie is a recognized leader who has spent her career helping clients achieve their financial goals with clarity and purpose.

Julie’s passion for service extends well beyond the financial world. She currently serves on the boards of Passavant and St. Margaret Hospitals, as well as the Passavant Hospital Foundation, where she champions healthcare access and community wellbeing.

Through Foundation Paths, Julie is now combining her financial acumen and commitment to service to empower others to create lasting, values-driven legacies through private philanthropy.

Samuel Rotellini

Founder, Vice President

Samuel Rotellini is the co-founder of Foundation Paths, where he brings a unique blend of leadership, nonprofit service, and teaching experience to the world of private philanthropy. With a career dedicated to building organizations, mentoring leaders, and guiding communities through growth and change, Sam is passionate about helping others align their resources with their values.

Sam is deeply committed to service within the nonprofit community. He has helped launch charitable organizations and served as an executive director. He has also held leadership positions on both large and small boards, championing fundraising, strategic planning, and community impact initiatives. As an educator, he has taught courses in communications, public speaking, and entrepreneurship, mentoring future leaders with a focus on clarity, confidence, and purposeful work.

Through Foundation Paths, Sam combines his leadership expertise, nonprofit experience, and commitment to education to help individuals and families create private foundations that reflect their values and achieve lasting impact.
